Order under Section 42(4) of the Companies Ordinance 1984 in the matter of German Shepherd Dog Club of Pakistan

By virtue of it’s Order announced at Islamabad on April 29, 2016 in the matter of M/s German Shepherd Dog Club of Pakistan, the Commissioner (CL) of Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan has revoked with immediate effect the license earlier granted on 3.4.2015 to the company having Khawaja Saad Saleem as Chief Executive. The Order further advises the Registrar concerned to take action for striking the name of the said company off the register.
